LocusFounder is the track for builders who want to push agents past tooling and into ownership. The question isn't "how can an agent help a founder?" It's "what happens when the agent is the founder?" Using Locus Checkout for real transactions and Locus wallets for payouts, your agent should be able to take a prompt, build a working commercial operation, and generate revenue without a human in the loop.

The best projects in this track will be those that make you forget there was no person running the business.

EXAMPLES: 
- An agent that receives a niche prompt ("pet accessory dropshipping store"), sources products, builds a storefront, writes all listings, integrates Locus Checkout, and routes payouts to the owner, fully unattended
- A multi-agent business pipeline where a sales agent acquires customers via Locus Checkout, a fulfillment agent delivers the product or service, and a finance agent logs revenue and manages the owner's payout schedule
- An agent-operated digital services business (logo design, content writing, SEO audits) that accepts orders, fulfills them autonomously using wrapped API providers, and settles payment end-to-end through Locus
- An agent that monitors trending product categories, spins up a new store for each opportunity, runs it until demand drops, then winds it down, treating businesses as ephemeral, deployable units
